Ok so this is a bit TMI but yesterday I started trying to follow some of the meal ideas from Lucy Meck's book. Its basically cutting out refined sugars and processed foods and following glycaemic Load principles.
I have replaced normal bread with German rye bread and starting eating more vegetables. In particular today I have suffered with pretty bad flatulance and my stomach keeps gurgling.
I am assuming its my body adjusting to the fibre but how long does this adjustment take. If it carries on I will be quitting and going back to eating processed foods x
