I have a 4 month old and a 2 year old. I need to lose a bit of baby weight but have no idea how.
I weigh about 9 stone and was around 8 stone before getting pregnant second time around. I'm only 5ft 2. I'm aware I'm not particularly over weight but I'm not comfortable being 9 stone and having gone up to a size 12, plus I still have my baby belly!
I want to try and eat more healthily and I find this very difficult at lunch times. Dinner isn't too bad as we tend to cook from scratch and I can easily cut out puddings and stop eating my DS's food!
At lunch time I tend to eat bread, crisps and cheese. With two DC to run around after and keep an eye on I can't spend a lot of time preparing food, it's whatever is easy and quick, hence filling up on crisps. How does this go with eating better and not being hungry an hour later?
Exercise I thought I would go running as it's easier to just go when DH is here. The other thing is I still bf DS2 so can't cut out the calories too much.
Am I being unrealistic? I've never had to lose weight before so I have no idea what I'm doing!
