The side effects are horrendous. Be prepared to buy new underwear!

It was not successful for me.

It was very successful for me while using it, but you have to follow the instructions re eating fat.
I lost 3 and a half stones, all of which has returned but that is down to my poor eating and lack of exercise.

I have not taken them but just reading about the side effects would probably stop me eating anything with fat in it in the first place. Maybe a good idea to use them on a day you are staying in? Buy cheap undies and don't go mad on fat foods and i'm sure you will be fine. Good luck, I hope it works for you.
