A mid-size microwave - thinking about it like that makes me realise how much extra weight I am carryingsad

An Irish Setter would take me down to my 'ideal weight'. I'm going to have a bloody good crack at it too as my best mate turns 40 in September and I won't be the fat mate in the pictures.

I need to lose a 2 month old horse, but I'll settle for a hay bale.

Have started off well by menu planning and being strict whilst shopping.
I watched the Hairy Bikers diet programme this morning and there are a couple of really tasty dishes I'll be cooking. Am planning on trying to stick to a 1400cal a day allowance.

Ideally a Microwave for me but would be happy with the amount of cheese an American eats in a year. Mmm cheese - that may have just scuppered todays diet plans :-)

Ooh, I've lost a tire since the summer! I still want to lose about another head.

LeapingOverTheWall Fri 02-Jan-15 17:23:57

If I lost a microwave I'd only just be in the middle of my BMI range sad.
