I did try it years ago and actually lost weight on it. I think today was just a funny day as I had dinner at lunch time. Then I had the crackers with cheese for tea. If I had the crackers at lunch I probably would have had soup and tomatoes etc with them. I try generally not to overeat on carbs as I lose weight quicker without them. Anyway just ate my toast and honey , was Delish and I feel better now.
