8am homemade breakfast 'muffins' containing just egg, spinach, ham and a sprinkle of cheese baked in the oven
12pm butternut squash soup
3pm special k cereal bar
7pm chicken curry with cauliflower 'rice' my new fave thing! tastes just like rice and a quarter of the calories!
I've lost just under 2 stone eating this way (around 1300 calories) in two months combined with swimming and couch to 5k. Getting a bit stuck for meal ideas now! Today I've just had the breakfast muffins and sushi.
