There are no cakes, biscuits, sweets or other high sugar treats in the house. I am not going to buy any or make any.
I will eat sensible portions at meal times, and if i must snack, eat a bit of fruit. I will not finish off the kids meals when they are done.
My default will no longer be to sit on the sofa at any given moment, but get up and do something from the endless (soul destroying) list of jobs that i never get round to (because i am sat on the sofa).
Thats that really. I thought if i told you all, i might stick to it...
Not looking to lose a specific amount, just feel better in myself and look better when i see myself in the mirror. I lost DD2 baby weight really fast but being at home with her all day i just eat crap and sit about. She cant crawl yet so i'm not even chasing her about on the floor!
