Clean 9 or Juice Plus?

I am desperate to lose my baby weight (1st 9lbs). I eat healthily and exercise but want to do an intense program to kickstart the weight loss. Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) of the Juice Plus or Clean 9 programs?

I am a clean 9 distributor, ( disclaimer), it Is effective a good kick start. I lost about 10 lb last time I did it.

My db is a jp distributor and although he preaches about it (obviously as he makes money!) I don't think it works . my sil has had acne since being on it and he suffers often too .

I did the clean 9 and only lost 4 pounds. Was very disappointed was told by the distributors that it is not a weight loss program just a detox. It works for some people and doesn't for some. I continued eating normally afterwards and six months later my weight is same as before I did the clean 9.
