Does anyone on here do Kick Start Fat Loss (KSFL)? I'm into week 3 of detox, and doing really well - just over 1/2 stone lost, and my clothes are all feeling a lot bigger! It's a bit like Paleo, really (eating clean, no dairy, grains etc). I'm just interested to know if anyone has been successful in the long term (getting the weight off, and keeping it off!)?
