Hi I am starting this diet tomorrow. There is a book which has gorgeous recipe/ meal ideas but the main principal is1. No wheat 2. No dairy3. No sugar4. No carbs after 6pm5. No alcohol For 14 days Nice recipes with beans and pearl barley, rye bread etc so still some carbs just much cleaner ones! Anyone wanna join? The amazon reviews for the book looks promising picked mine up from the charity shop!
