I've lost a stone since Christmas but I still have another 7lbs to go to my target weight. I'm really struggling and although I'm following sw I seem to have come to a stand still. I still feel fat and completely fed up :( please encourage me, any tips welcome.

I've spoken to friends who say things like "oh but you don't need to lose any more" well scales and my old jeans say I do!

Don't know, but know where you are. I've lost 100lbs in the last 2 years and would like to lose 8 more lbs. Just 8! I've lost 100 FGS yet every week I stay the same now no matter what I do.

I can't exercise in the evening either, I have to do it in the morning.

The longer it takes to come off, the longer it will stay off is what I keep telling myself [tries to sound convincing]

FWIW I've been doing the 'insanity' dvd workout series for over 9 months. I do it 2 - 4 times a week. It's AMAZING, I'm so much fitter and have dropped 2 dress sizes since starting it. I picked it up when I was at a plateau weight wise and it really helped (although for the first month sdespite workout out really hard I lost no weight as I think my body was in shock from the workouts, then I built up muscle and lost weight and feel so much fitter now. Best workout DVDs I've ever done. Not cheap but for me I've been doing them for so many months it's so much cheaper that going to classes or the gym.

Reastie can I ask, is the insanity work out ok to do in a flat? I tried a different one but the combination of a laminate floor and me jumping up and down undoubtedly made my neighbour think a herd of elephants was passing through our flat Confused

I need something to do at home while DD is napping!

Me! I lost all my baby weight except for five pounds which I have been really struggling with. Got on the scales this weekend and it's now 7. So I am kicking myself. Eating a lot less, working out every evening for half an hour and using MFP. Surviving on (sugar free of course!) Red Bull at the moment as I feel terrible. I have to be in a bikini in two and a half weeks. Sad face.

I've done Insanity and just found my arms and legs got bigger. Grin

I'm doing his T25 sets at the moment which is like Insanity Lite for 25mins instead of 50 odd and combining with cross training. Will let you know if I start seeing results!

jumble Grin erm, there is alot of running/jumping type exercises that I guess might be noisy if you had bad insulation between floor levels. I'm not sure how much worse insanity would be to other workouts though.

do well my arms have so much excess skin on them I'm tryint to turn at least some of that skin into tone! I really want T25 so please let me know how you go. Is it as difficult as insanity? I feel like I need something as hard but different as I think my body is getting used to insanity (hence why weight loss stalled for me)
