I am new to the weight loss board though been posting on MN since 2003.
Culmination of many things resulted yesterday in me kicking myself up bottom and committing to myself to lose 12 pounds. I'd like to do this in 8 weeks (vacation) which means i need two pounds a week for the first 4 weeks and 1 pound for the last 4 weeks.
I've downloaded MFP and I've booked three fitness classes each week (after work).
Anyone want to do this with me? I'd just like someone to chat to each day to be honest.
