tiaramasu Mon 17-Mar-14 10:43:05

Great!

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/weight_loss_chat/1949025-Anybody-fancy-losing-a-stone-and-a-half-by-Easter?

I have currently added myself onto the above thread because a poster called Rufus kindly said she would carry on with me on that thread.
Would you like to come over to that one?

tiaramasu Mon 17-Mar-14 20:20:59

Am feeling guilty JokersGiggle.
If you dont want to join the other one, I think Rufus would understand if I stayed on this one?
I still want you to join me? Please?

RufusTheReindeer Mon 17-Mar-14 20:28:57

Found you <stalker emoticon>

tiaramasu Mon 17-Mar-14 20:34:14

Help! grin
Not sure what to do! grin

I am talking nicely about you Rufus grin grin and <grovelling emotion!>

RufusTheReindeer Mon 17-Mar-14 20:40:30

Well, let's just see if I have frightened jokers off!

How are you doing, put a post on the other thread and I'm not repeating it grin except I have just had a handful of croutons!

Damn you chilli flavour croutons!

tiaramasu Mon 17-Mar-14 20:45:32

I am doing okish.
My moments of weakness are just before bedtime.
I tend to think I did ok during the day, and then just think it wont hurt to have x or y or z.

Been wanting a hot choc. So had one, but didnt have much else this evening.
[btw, I am unusual in that our main meal is still at lunchtime].

RufusTheReindeer Mon 17-Mar-14 21:08:23

I think that's what I need to do, move towards my main fast day meal being at lunchtime

Trouble is DH gets home about 7/7.30 and would have to get himself something to eat and I will have fed the children by about 6 so that's the main components of our family eating at completely different times

May well think about this further when I am trying to maintain

JokersGiggle Mon 17-Mar-14 21:45:22

Sorry was off running around sorting lots of things out, my family are incapable of doing anything for themselves!
I'll join the other thread if its easier, I don't mind.

soundingklaxon Mon 17-Mar-14 21:54:17

Yes. I need motivation and my mouth taping up! I'm in- if you still want people to join you?

RufusTheReindeer Tue 18-Mar-14 10:32:33

Hey sounding think we have all moved back to the stone and a half by Easter thread

Come and join us

ferrar Tue 18-Mar-14 18:26:05

soundingklaxon. Yes please! Come on over.

ElvisJesusAndCocaCola Wed 19-Mar-14 10:27:27

I want to be in! Though often lack motivation to keep posting.

I'm 9 stone 11 and want to be 9 stone 4 by end of may for a wedding. I'm a bit of a yoyo-er, but only half a stone either way. I have recognise that I am at a turning point where it could creep further and want to curb it now.

Trouble is I'm really busy and under pressure at work, not getting enough sleep, so tired. Also, birthdays and nights out keep coming up and because I'm still (just!) in my 'acceptable' zone I eat what I like. I need more balance and don't diet as such. I calorie count and run. Will begging marathon training in late may so this will coincide with being the weight I want to be - I hope!

ferrar Wed 19-Mar-14 10:41:51

All welcome. We are on the thread linked.

You are like me, half a stone to lose and a wedding deadline.

ElvisJesusAndCocaCola Wed 19-Mar-14 14:36:32

Just been to prezzos and the thought of this thread kept me a latte instead of cheesecake. So I've made two good choices today smile

ElvisJesusAndCocaCola Wed 19-Mar-14 14:37:29

Kept me to!

ferrar Wed 19-Mar-14 15:25:53

Whoo hoo!
But have to express my ignorance. What is prezzos? blush

RufusTheReindeer Wed 19-Mar-14 16:52:05

Well done elvis

Prezzos is an Italian restaurant, not been but my DH says it's good

ferrar Wed 19-Mar-14 18:41:33

oh! I confess to not having lived much!

Millyblods Thu 20-Mar-14 10:33:23

Elvis you dont need to diet just eat what you want and stop as soon as you are satisfied, nit full. smile

ferrar Thu 20-Mar-14 10:57:55

I am not sure what to suggest Elvis. I dont feel that I am perfect in all this myself.
But if it is motivation that is needed, I can supply that.
[and it doesnt matter if you cant post very often].

ferrar Thu 20-Mar-14 13:02:44

soundingklaxon. We seem to be on both threads, so if you are still interested, we appear to be remaining on here.

The threads are working for me. And having other people along for the ride appears to work.

bluepen Sat 22-Mar-14 08:41:50

bluepen Sun 23-Mar-14 14:42:29
