My DS is 6 weeks old and I've just weighed myself for the first time in months. I am horrified to put it mildly! I knew my pregnancy cake habit was out of control but I am now officially in the obese BMI category. So its time to stop making excuses and take control of my diet.
I don't have the energy or head space for complicated or strict diets right now (plus I'm breastfeeding) so I'm planning to just eat healthy, ditch the cake and biscuits and start exercising again.
My vital stats are:
Height: 5ft 6lbs Weight: 14st 6lbs BMI: 32.6
Anyone want to join me in ditching the baby flab? My first goal is 13st 7lbs by Easter Sunday.
