I am lazy. I have no self control. I have no motivation. However, I would like to lose some weight in the next 3 months and 3 days...
I am going to an event and the dress I am wearing does just about fit me but it is rather tight (I fear if I had to bend over it just might snap). Is there any hope for me? Is there an exercise for extreme dummies plan?
