is anyone on or starting Atkins?

I started today got to get rid of this baby weight. Have at least 2 stone to lose need to get in control of eating and get some off before bday in April. Low carb seems to work well for me. Just need some support couldn't find a thread. Can I ask for only positive feedback regarding Atkins this is whst I'm doing I'm in the zone need to move forward with it. Please no negatives.

Why not come and join us on Bootcamp? We're all low carbing over there! We are in week 7, but people are joining us all the time, and you'd be very welcome. We have a spreadsheet and everything, and MNHQ have given us our very own, shiny weight tracker!
