I have just over a month until I am back to work and have 10 lbs to a stone to lose - also will be ttc so doctor advised me to get near to goal as possible.I have lost three stone since pg and baby is five months but the last bit (which I can't blame on pregnancy) is hard to shift.I don't want to starve bit use the advantage of being at home to the max for meal preps. Also I am going to wake earlier and walk hail, rain or snowThere's a bunch of for you for any advice, thanks
