Arrrhhh, someone tell me it will make a difference !!!

Week ONE of diet - only have 8/9lbs to lose. I work really hard, getting used to tolerating hunger etc, really low cal, lots exercise and lost NOTHING !!!!! Someone tell me it's worth persevering !!

Have you been tracking calories? It could be that you had something salty yesterday/fluid retention?? I bet next week you will see a big loss so keep at it smile

Why are you going hungry though? That alone rings alarm bells

Not going hungry per se - meaning allowing myself to tolerate hunger rather than reaching for a packet of crisps whilst cooking dinner ! Think it's a hangover from 4 pregnancies where hunger=sickness/faintness - got into bad habits !!
