I'm just trying to get my head around various weighs of losing weight and I realised I don't really get how calories counting works. If someone eats 1500 calories worth of balanced diet and then someone else eats 1500 worth of balanced diet plus a load of junk but exercises the equivalent calories, would they both lose the same weight? Or is there more at play with the weight loss when calories counting like the types of foods etc?
