I'm very new to this but just wanted to say hello blush ! I had my LO 9 months ago and am finally feeling motivated to try and shift the weight.

Any tips gratefully received :-)

Also, any Enfield/ Winchmore Hill people here?

Helllo Newbie

I am also new, and no-one seems to be saying hello to you! So I am .

Hope you have found some tips elsewhere on MN. I have been doing the autumn bootcamp and it works for me (until this sixth week anyway) . There are some great ideas on that thread so go and have alook. I am not clever enough to make a link to it.. try week 1 autumn bootcamp for starters.

Your LO must be very cute by now - I love em at that age. My LOs are all big now and so I have finally run out of the excuse of I have just a had a baby. So well done you for starting so soon. I would say walking with the puschair is great for both of you. Especially if you can get one facing you so you are together while you are doing it, if you see what I mean.
