I had a c section but have been exercising since DD2 was 6 weeks old - looking to ramp things up a bit but worried shred may be a bit tough on my abs?
Unless you have Diastasis Recti I would think you'd be fine with the ab work. There are YouTube videos to self diagnose but I'd probably check with my doctor - you definitely don't want to cause more harm than good.
