Try just cutting out alcohol, sugar and right down on carbs - no pasta, white bread, potatoes or rice, just small portions of wholegrain bread, or carbs such as quinoa, buckwheat, lentils if you have to have some. Add some high intensity intervals to your workouts. You may not actually lose much weight but I'd put money on you looking like you have .
so i have to put a bikini on this bod in 3 weeks!! i would be happy with half a stone off. i have never been on a diet on my life, i eat loads and do lots of exercise. i really would like to lose a bit for my hols but scared of getting caught up in the diet cycle! any advice would be great
