Purple that's fantastic! I lost 2 1/2 stone during c25k although it did take me about 17 weeks.

if you need some motivation get on to there are plenty of other people sharing their weight loss struggles, including myself lol sad

Thanks rusmum . My fitness has improved massively and that is contributing to the weight loss. I have lost 12lbs in just over 3 weeks.

I have been slowly increasing my running. Yesterday I ran for 30 mins non stop on an incline on a treadmill. So well chuffed with myself

Well done purple!!! Ran again yesterday and did a half hour DVD. No wine , but eating wasn't brilliant! wine

Fairly pleased with todays weigh in. 2.4 lb off so I am 170.6 lb.

Make that 157.6 lb confused week 1 c25k started tonight. Completed it last yet but lost all fitness hmm

I'm in. 5 ft 6 and 150 pounds. I'm doing the c25k plan, one week to go to the end. haven't lost a single pound doing it, but I know if I lost 10 or 15 pounds I'd find the running easier especially up hills

I've been trying so long to lose this stone, put it on last year and it won't go away!

Im in. Im 5'5" and weigh 173lb - or rather I did last Wednesday. Next weigh in Wednesday morning. I am hoping for a 2lb loss but afraid I won't get that.

Right, here goes.... - it's Monday - it's the start of a new week - I am 5'8" and I weigh 165.5 lbs this morning !!! Will check back in next Monday !!! ( hope my height is still the same next week ! Lol)

We could always start a weekly weigh in on here ! See if we can shame ourselves into action !!

I have tried MyFitnessPal app - it's free and counts the cals for you ! You can add people as friends too - so you can all keep an eye on each others progress that way too !

I need to loose 20lbs ! Been trying for far too long with no success !!!

I just Lurvvve the cake !!! Tee hee !!!

Hi ladies, lost 3 stone last year and felt fab!! But sadly put 1 back hmm just can't seem to get going and motivated. Keep having a big push for few weeks, losing 5-7 lb then slacking off. Any advise? Motivating stories? X
