30 Day Shred - DVD just arrived ... anyone else about to start?!

So, after all I've read, the DVD and the weights have arrived....

Later today I plan to begin.

In 30 days I will be toned, have lost this extra stone, feel awake instead of in need of a nap all the time ... etc etc etc.

Right now just getting through the first one would be a victory! Anyone else desperate and mad enough to be starting this....

Realised its exactly 30 days till my holiday. So i'm on board again.

Failed at the first set of Natalie push ups. Maybe by day 5 grin

hairy do you have set days for fasting? Might join you.

How is c25k going tinwe?

I'm still doing it. I try to manage six days out of seven. My plan was to follow Natalie but that went out the window on the first set of push ups! grin

I finished L1D6 round 2 this afternoon. I still have around 2 stone to shift so I really need to keep at it.sad

Finished 30 Day Shred. But its taken me six weeks grin

I really want to do I it every day, but have had quite a mad month. Anyone else still shredding?

Wow hairypotter thats quite an impressive loss!

I sort of have a target weight, but i'm not too fussed about it. Have a holiday in six weeks time so I want to feel okayish on the beach. that's a good short term goal.

I'm really enjoying the adrenalin rush after a shred session, but really struggling to do it every day - small children who aren't' great sleepers!

Think i may keep shredding a of 3 times a week and follow Natalie. Might get back to 5:2 as well. That'll sort me out!

Hello, yes I finished it yesterday! Woo hoo! I'm now shredded grin

I still have a long way to go, but doing this and the 5.2 diet means I have lost 9lbs and a dress size in just over 5 weeks. I'm going to go back and start again from the beginning, I'm shall attempt to follow Natalie for at least some of the workout shock

I have abandoned c25k for the time being but would quite like to give it another go sometime. I'm worried it makes my arthritic hip flare up again with all the pounding. Shred seems easier unbelievably

What are you doing next Smelma?

Sorry, wrong thread, anyway, how are you all doing? I had to abandon Shred after 40 days (so I did complete the first 30 day cycle). All the lunges and squats were really hurting my knees. It was a great starting block for fitness though and I moved onto running the C25K which weirdly doesn't hurt my knees at all!

Well, i had a cup of coffee before i worked out the other day. I could here it sloshing about during the mountain climb moves. Nice.

L3D3 done. Pretty heavy going on the knees, for sure! Definitely cant follow Natalie for the jump moves.

Hi creepy will have a look for that workout on youtube. Need to have a plan in place for the end of 30 day shred shock

Just finished L3D2. 3rd attempt today as kids keep leaping on me now. Think i'll have to start working out in the evening. Not good.

Also, dont think my downstairs neighbour will like L3. Rockstar jumps make the house shake!
