Healthy eating plan update - it works!

I posted on Thurs of this week about how I'd started a healthy eating campaign. I have cutout all snacks, I am drinking around 1.5-2 litres of water a day and eating far more fresh fruit and veg (organic if poss).

The downside is that I am currently weeing for England and the extra intake of fruit and veg is annoying my IBS a bit, but I do feel more energised. So far since Wednesday I have lost around 3-4 lbs (not exactly sure as using non-digital scales). I am pretty chuffed with myself and I am just hoping that my stomach will get used to the extra fruit and veg eventually!!

well done Rocklover.... Do you still have your three meals a day? I need to start something simular, have about a stone and a half to loose and am finding it very difficault...

I think im so tired of avoiding cameras at family dos, or worse still seeing how fat i look when the camera catches me.....

Yes I am still having three meals a day and if I am absolutely starving, then I will have fruit of a low fat yoghurt. The thing you must doo is drink as much water as poss (my chiropractor let me in on this one) as your fat cells are full off toxins and your body won't break them down unless it has a way of flushing the toxins out, i.e the water. You may get a headache at firts when all the toxins are floating about, but it is well worth it. When I wasn't drinking the water the weight wouldn't come off despite me eating next to nothing!!
