3 months ago I started a diet to build up to a big event and did really well. I lost a stone eating quite restricted foods and no sugar. I have always hated my thighs because i have a lot of thigh fat, and they reduced a lot. Anyway I started modifying my diet - still with the amount of fat and calories i had before, but more sugar, and all of a sudden my thighs have exploded! Anyone else had this?
