Your best tips for KEEPING IT OFF!

Hi have recently lost 1.5 st and back down to size 10 grin so far have kept if off but I'm worried I'm going to put it all back on, am very happy with my weight for the first time ever so would like to keep it that way,

Any help welcomed smile

I just lost loads of weight too! Congrats!
I didn't diet I just changed my life! It took me 2 years to shift 2 stone but I'm loosing more & more! I plan my meals & have cut out chocolate crisps alcohol fizzy drinks etc.I have 3 balanced meals & healthy snacks throughout the day.I actually eat quite alot but this is me for life.If I go out to eat I order the chicken salad & mineral water.If you want to keep it off you have to just eat well.Good luck & hope this helps ;)
