I lost loads on it after second baby. I did 1200 a day plus 500 for breastfeeding, but often didn't use all of those. I walked three miles four times a week. I started off about 160 and was down to 133 in a few months. I am 5ft 8. Good luck!
1600 cals. Weigh 66.7kg and am 5"7. Would like to lose a couple of kg ideally, but mostly just get on top of slught but habitual overeating that has recently led to a bit of a weight gain mostly showing in belly region.
I don't think I have the willpower to do much less than 1600 on a long term basis tbh! MFP told me to do 1300 but I knew that wouldn't be feasible for me.
I'm 5.2' and now weigh 129lbs-I've lost 5 pounds since I started 5 weeks ago. I have 1300 a day-but tend to go over that by a lot at the weekends. I don't really exercise but if I do I'll eat those extra calories too.
Thank you . I wasn't sure if I had set it for too many (1500). I have a toddler so I'm busy all day but I'm 5 ft and 10 stone (140 pounds) although I have always been heavy despite being small boned and frame . I'm size 8-10. I have lost 3 pounds since Monday on this amount but don't want to eat too little and it not work which is what I have done in the past with other diets .
