I have my weigh in tomorrow morning and, after a few weeks of stalling, my weight could actually reach a new low. I need to be 1kg lighter in the morning than I am now - will it happen?
Normally 2-3 pounds for me!
I had one memorable morning where it was 4 kg's - only it was up, not down That was when I realised that white bread really wasn't very good for me!
