I have been on the low camp bootcamp. Didn't do well the first week but settled back into it now.
A couple of questions (I can't find the questions bootcamp thread).
1. I need some ideas for breakfasts. I have been having omelates but if I see another egg I'm going to scream. I'm going to have bacon tomorrow but I'm aware I shouldn't be eating too much of the processed stuff. Any breakfast ideas. 2. Is it common to get bad breath on this diet. Mine has been awful this week. Even with good dental hygiene it's still not been great. How I can I stop this?
