30 day shred- what's your result?

I know a lot of people rave about it and wanted to see what results people are getting . Gonna use this thread as a motivation tool :)

I started it yesterday and although I haven't done any exercise since being pregnant (LO is 6 months now!) I thought level 1 was pretty doable. Being my smug self I thought , yeah my fitness before pregnancy must have helped.

BUT then I woke up this morning OMG I'm aching all over! Arms, thighs , calves !! Pretty amazed by the strains . Have to admit that I was doubting whether 20mins a day would make a change but judging by these pains , it must be affective!

Would love to hear people's success stories!

I started the 30 day shred on 1st April Candy, did it every day til 30th April and am still doing levels 2 and 3 alternate days.

My results have been significant - I'm 48 and have never felt so good Grin

I'm not particularly sporty or into fitness but tried this as part of a "lose weight/getter fitter" kick and it works!!

I'm going on holiday on 16th May which was a motivating factor; I'm actually looking forward to wearing my summer stuff and haven't felt like that in years.

I did really ache in the first few days but it does get better Smile

Good luck, I thoroughly recommend it.

I've just done day 2 of 30 day shred and worked through the aches
Don't think I'll be able to do it tomorrow but judging by the aches after day 1 I probably won't be able to walk!!

CandyPop - I just did day 1 of Shred too and felt OK. But exactly like you the next day I ached all over, especially in the legs. I hadn't been expecting that.

I started 30 day shred in March, I am now on to ripped in 30 because I loved the results so much.

They were:
Around 4 inches off waist, better core strength therefore posture is better.

Feeling like a Terminator and general good fitness.

Loads of people going on about how much weight I'd lost - actually only about 4lbs on the scale but my clothes look so much better all over.

I'm a definite convert!

PS: don't forget to drink loads of water all through the day to help muscles repair.

I did this for a full 30 days and don't know about weight/inches lost but I felt much better and fitter than I did before. My stomach looked a lot less wobbly too.

I'm doing ripped in 30 now so I'm hoping for some results.

Can I join? Have to firm up and I never get the chance o get out to the gym.

20 minutes a day? Is it horrific?

I think I'm on day 7 or 8 of level 1. Can't wait until the 30th day and see what my measurements are then :)

I just started level 2 yesterday (wow are my shoulders/arms feeling it today!). It's not been as bad as I feared so far, certainly easier on my legs than my old davina dvd. Think I've lost around an inch from my waist but no weight loss so far, tho am feeling less flabby all over.

I just did day 8 and feeling motivated to complete the full 30 days. I'm a bit worried about level 2 which is meant to be a killer!! I've never stuck at anything before but already feeling like my stamina has increased so def going to try to keep going!! Smile
