4 weeks until holiday - is it too late to make a difference to my tummy?

What's the best thing I can do to trim the fat and bloating off my tummy within 4 weeks? I've been shredding 4-5 times a week, the odd 5k run and weekly zumba but my stomach is still a bit wobbly.

Any ideas? You're going to tell me to cut the cake, aren't you?

I just lost a stone in 4 weeks just eating 3 healthy meals a day & snacking on nuts & fruit! I also ONLY drunk water with just one coffee in the mornings but if its just the belly that's a problem start sit-ups ;)

Thanks mumto, I'm doing a lot of sit ups/abs work and can feel my abs under the layer of fat.

I strictly cut out bread and refined sugar and reduced my alcohol before my wedding last year and my tummy was much smaller and less bloated. Unfortunately I've fallen off the wagon since then, so am currently doing the 5:2 diet, slower but more sustainable I hope :-) Good luck!
