Couldn't quite decide whether to post in the club or in health, and all my searching came up with pregnancy stuff, so sorry if this is in the wrong place!
The last three days (Saturday to today) I've had spotting during exercise. Not like, major bleed or anything, tbh more like a brown discharge (sorry if that's tmi) but it's like the very last day of a period, and doesn't hurt or anything, and doesn't smell. I'm on the pill and have been for around 4 years with no problems. Exercise in this context being a 5-6k run, or the 30DS level 2 - which is what I've been doing for a few weeks now, and was pretty regularly active before hand.
NHS direct was completely unhelpful, so I wondered if any of the wise vipers had this too/knew what it was about?
