I suppose its best to start with why I'm asking if any has any tips.
I'm very overweight, and have had 4 years of almost constant reasons to not exercise (including major surgeries, pregnancies, medical conditions leaving me with little or no energy, etc. etc.). And I've hated it. I've had 2 kids 20 months apart both by c-sec so I have a lovely pouch on top of my already over flabby body. My current excuse for no exercise is a bad sprain in my SI joint that I've been suffering with since December and Drs dont think is going to be fully healed within the next 2 months (which is when I will be reviewed again). I can do baby chores and some walking with the buggy, but that's about all as it needs to heal I've been told.
Now I'm sure my weight isn't helping so I'm dieting and beginning to lose weight, and trying to keep that slow so I don't end up looking like a certain Mike Myers character. But other than that I don't know if anyone knows any ways to try to minimise the sagging until I can exercise again?
