Six weeks to lose a stone....Help me/join me!

My basic plan is to walk 30 minutes every day
Do a Davina ultimate target workout DVD every other day
Eat only 3 meals a day, no snacks, no fizzy drinks.

Is this doable? I want to lose a stone but more importantly tone up.....I am jiggly sad

Anyone willing to join me? Any ideas/input welcome!

Hey - I have the same plan and have just signed up for the bootcamp - I need to be a stone down by end of May when I have a couple of trips away and I need to fit into clothes!

My plan is bootcamp very VERY seriously, lower carb, C25K every day and some weights and lots of chanting ... not sure it would help but am prepared to throw everything at it!

be good to have someone to talk to and keep on track with - I am sick of the fat feeling and want to shape up and stop the wobble.. started this week to cut down ready for proper focus next - when do you start?
