holiday in december

i'm going on holiday in december and really want to look nice. I have 3-4 stone to lose, how much could i expect to lose in that time?

All of it if you stick to a strict diet.

I have 2 stone to loose well would be happy with 2 but anything up to 3 would make me feel better

I just started the slim and save diet, am on day 2 it is really good, have struggled a little in the late afternoons but stuck to it completely will weigh myself on Wednesday.

Good luck do you have a diet you want to do in mind?

I've got my holiday booked for September and would be happy with 3-4 stone lost by then.

If you can lose 1 1/2 lbs a week between now and the time you fly you've done it.
