wii zumba- anyone actually list weight using?

just started on wii zumba, have done 1 short and 1 medium class so far. Feels like a really good workout, but am I kidding myself that I will lose weight?

Any exercise which makes you breathless i.e. raises your heart beat will burn calories. Depending on how much food you eat you could lose weight.

I use x box kinnect games to do Zumba at home and according to my heart rate monitor I burn as much as I do in a real class.
