Me Hmm

I lost half a stone in November and December, after a dr pointed out that my BMi was just over 25. I then got ill inJanuary and have put it back on through sheer misery eating.

However, diet began on Thursday ( after return from holiday!) and so far, so good. Not totally depriving myself but cutting back big style. 11 pounds to shift.

I've been signed off work now since mid feb time. Have eaten far too many biscuits and other general junk. I regret it now as I feel like a frump. Sad
Back to work in a few weeks time and a shopping trip for a larger size will definately be needed. Sad
I can't exercise at the moment so unfortunately no quick fix for me.

Yep, I've eaten all the pies recently and buried my head in the sand about how the weight was going on. Been doing slimming world using an old book I've go it from after having my 4 children and lost 2lb this week. 14lbs to go!!!

I'd like to loose a stone at least! Started off ok with the cutting back on foods but am quite lazy and not good with excersise.
Any tips on how to carry on, without the obvious of eat less and move more!
I'm keen to know about tasty foods that are good for you to give me ideas.

I've lost a stone since the beginning of March, which represents weight piled on since Christmas. I now have to tacked the 2 stone which I've had Ostrich Syndrome about for the last 5 years.

My Fitness Pal is proving invaluable, I'm not cutting any foods apart from sheer crap like chocolate, just reducing volume.

That's what I need to lose.
I re-started the cardio - half an hour yesterday, the fitness DVDs.
Must start on the diet as well.

Yep I've put om a stone since I had DS in Dec. I started using my fitness pal last week and lost 4lb but relaxed this week and not sure I've shifted any. Back to being strict tomorrow!

Yup, me. I need to lose one stone and fit back in all my pre-pregnancy clothes. Have loads of nice stuff not worn for four years because I've been 'just post baby' for two summers and never quite made it into some of it the other years. One stone would do it.

It's a money saving thing as much as health!

It's a website and smart phone app that helps you lose weight. website It has a very good calorie counter.
Just wish I had the will power to stick to it. Hmm

Thanks dolally, I'll have a look. I am now back at work which I find makes it easier as no time or temptation to pick at food!

I'm in. Started today. Cut out carbs and drinking loads of water. Need to dig the scales out of the cupboard but I would be happy if my clothes felt comfortable again, regardless off how much weight lost.

I've started using the my fitness pal app too. Finding the calorie counter really interesting!
I was down on cals yesterday but over today...can only think it was the Chinese I had for dinner Blush.
Will try to have a lower count and more excersise for the rest of the week. Need ideas for filling meals with no carbs of anyone can help?
