The Shred.... owwwww

I've done 2 days of the 30 day shred and how I ache!

I hurt yesterday, but made myself push through it to do day 2, but I'm really sore today, just walking up/down stairs is taking me ages!

I don't think I have hurt any joints or anything, it's just that my muscles are tired. Do I suck it up and get on with it, or have a rest today?

Actually feel less achy now I've done it. I've ended by doing a load more stretches though, because I don't think the DVD does enough

I wouldn't push through. I took a one day break after day 2 and felt stronger yet achy in a good way when I went back to it, not painful and exhausted which happened when I worked straight through the first time, eventually leading to stopping because of slight injury! Everybody is different though so listen to your body. The biggest indicator is not being able to do each excercise properly! It's better to have a day off then carry on but not work to your max!
