I have just been treated to a VitaMix blender. I am generally low carbing. Has any one got any ideas for some low carb smoothies or soups that I can make please. Alot of the recipes in the book are very sweet with grapes, pineapple and mango etc and the soups are thickened with baked potatoes. At the shows they show a soup thickened with cashew nuts which I will try. I am also thinking of green smoothies for the health benefits. Was thinking berries, yogurt and spinach??
