Hi I joined SW last week my next WI is monday morning. Can someone tell me if I am eatting right
B- scrammbled egg, baked beans, tinned toms
L- tuna in water, sweatcorn butty wiv extra light mayo on whole meal braed
T- chicken cooked with fri light dry rosters and veg
S- apples, bannas, fat free muller light

I'm 11st 11lb and won't to lose 2st. If I carry on eatting like this will that happen

That sounds fine, but are you allowing yourself any syns?

Your bread is one healthy extra, but have you got a dairy HE in there? Are you drinkling milk in your tea and coffee?

And the crucial thing is that your free and superfree foods should make up a third of your plate if doing extra easy

Well I have bout 5 scyns not many, do I have to use them all each day? Yea I have milk in my coffee too. What will happen if I don't have a 3rd on my plate.

Dose anybody now how many syncs will be in chinses salt and pepper chicken??
