Hi, i need some advice to help dd; she joined sw 08/12 after piling on 2 stone whilst working in the states over the summer. has lost 1.5 lbs but since feb has hit a wall. consultant tells her to eat more fruit (she put weight on) and is now having to fill out daily SAS sheets. she runs, plays tennis x 4 time each per week so is not a total couch potato! she promises me that she does not snack on bad things, she does not drink alcohol at all by the way. I am weighing what needs to be weighed. Our consultant is not particularly client friendly or a motivator during our sesions. I have done really well and have been at target for 6 weeks or so and i feel so much for dd who is struggling and becoming so dispondant (quite rightly so when she is putting in so much effort). Generally she puts on 1/2, loses 1 puts on 2 and so it goes on. we were doing red meals with 1 or 2 green days. our consultant suggested EE, i maintained and dd put on 1 lb. HELP!

I have just lost 2.5 stone on SW and like you have been at target for about 6 weeks. I had weeks where I lost 5lb and weeks where I put on 1lb, and everything in between. I honestly don't know what I did differently on those weeks. My consultant was an excellent motivator though.

No idea really to why your DD isn't loosing weight, but bumping for you. Good for her to still be trying after 3 months though.

The thing with EE that most people tend to forget or just don't know is you must have at least 1/3 of each meal Super free foods ie fruit or veg. What does she snack on? If she is snacking a lot that will impact on weight loss even if it is a free food like pasta.
What does she drink. One lady in my SW group drank loads of coffee, which would have been fine except she was drinking lattes. It added up to nearly three pints of milk a day!
