Thanks chocoluvva, but I'm not under any stress at the moment - if anything it's the opposite which is why I've finally been able to concentrate on starting the diet. I'll take a look at the supplements to see what they can do though.
Thanks as well BIWI, I'm hoping it's just temporary. I've had a planned detour back onto carbs this weekend as I had dinner at a friends but am starting again today. I know this'll set me back a bit but I do need to socialise for my own sanity I had a good night's sleep last night (probably the wine - oops). I shall see how I go in the next week.
I've recently started a low carb diet but have found that not only am I knackered but last night I had awful insomnia. I've never had insomnia before unless I was very stressed which I'm not at all at the moment. Is this normal? When does this go as I'm now really tired again and much more likely to eat the wrong things. thanks
