am I the only one who gets the shakes from not eating?
Do they go away after a few fast days, as you get used to eating less?
And is it safe to eat so little when looking after a toddler 24/7?
(Worried about dizziness/feeling faint etc).

Just need a little push I think Grin

But you DO eat...just not as much.

Filling foods help, as does plenty of water, not eating on consecutive days and the biggest tip of all is to keep as busy as possible which should be no problem for you! There's plenty of advice on the threads here and in The Fast Diet book.

I can't answer your question about eating when you've a toddler but it's a diet worth embarking on.

Thanks.

Think i'll try and eat at dinner, as I can ignore hunger pangs much easier when I'm on the go with DS!

Plus I'm planning on drinking a lot of herbal tea (as it's helped in the past to have something warm).

Will try & keep up with the water too Smile

I thought I was hypoglycaemic until I started this! eating little and often seems to make me more shaky than delaying eating. If you do find your shaky and you normally have tea or coffee it could be Caffine withdrawal in which case a cuppa and a large glass of water might help.

See you on thread 12 :)

I do find that just not eating til later is better for me, for the same reason!
I don't have much caffeine to be honest as i'm a tad sensitive to it (which is pretty annoying when you have a toddler) Smile

Shall scoot over to T12 Grin
