Most filling low calorie foods?

I am a total carb fiend, and have generally a very poor diet, because I eat badly in the early stages of the day, then binge and over eat in the evening. Trying to think of things I can routinely eat to stave off the hunger, hopefully resulting in me not falling in to the trap of binging!

The Hairy Bikers did low fat pies. We carb count in our house and varied it a bit take a look here childpatch.co.uk/2013/01/low-fat-pie-yes-low-fat-pie/

I've cut carbs massively but not totally as follows:

Small portion of nutty granola (higher GI than most cereals) with SS milk for breakfast.

Small piece of cheese (1oz) as a snack mid morning

Salad with added protein for lunch (another oz of cheese grated plus a bit of tuna or ham or similar) plus 2 pieces of fruit

Slice of wholemeal bread with small amount of peanut butter and butter afternoon snack

Dinner from the Hairy Dieters cookbook with small portion of carbs in the evening, pudding of fruit and natural yogurt.

Only started a couple of weeks ago but my energy levels have soared I feel full most of the time and I've lost three pounds. The key thing is that I have ditched most of my bread, which I am totally addicted to normally.
