Hi,Not sure if this is the right place to post but looking for some meal ideas for a low carb and low calorie diet.I need inspiration for lunch and dinner.Also I have really bad cravings from about 8pm onwards every evening, any tips to help with this?Thanks x
Last night I made home made turkey burgers with garlic, red pepper and spring onions. Then home made chips and salad and it was under 300 calories. Home made pasta sauces can be very low. I use tin tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, oxo cubes and water with veggies for a plain tomato sauce which can then be blended. Or make it with spag bol. This months morrisons magazine has lots of low calorie recipes. Cooking from scratch is the best way.
