I don't know my exact weight as I'd rather stick pins in my eyes than step on the scales !
I just know I need to drop atleast 2 dress sizes and I'm starting today !

I've never dieted before but I'm starting today.

Feel horrible, flabby, wobbly, squidgey and big.

I want curves and I'm happy to not be a very slim woman, but I need to be healthier and tone up and shift some fat!

Need advice, tips and help so ill be lurking on these threads Grin

I need to lose 3 stone or 2 dress sizes, with very little spare time to exercise . I'm terrible at keeping up with threads... But I need to be on this one! Help!

11st 9lbs and want to be at least 10 stone. Starting today.

Will be t-total for the next month to help me get in the way of being healthy.

Don't really have an eating plan. WW and SW just depress me. Will be choosing healthy options, and doing a Paul McKenna approach.
As well as trying really hard to schedule in the right amount of exercise.

We can do it!!

I'm in, too afraid to step on scales. Had lost 11lb before Christmas but think I've put it all back on in a week. Going to weigh myself next week but start with the diet today.

I've decided to set myself little goals instead of aiming for my ideal weight.

My first goal is to lose 20lb by 29th March as we're going on holiday.

Nyancat - same here! And completely fell off the wagon.

I am kicking myself but I find it so hard to stick to my diet and routine with the children here. I joined Weightwatchers before Christmas and did really well. I am meant to weigh in tomorrow but can't face it. Kids are off school another week so I think a low carb de-tox is in order.

Am fairly certain it's 16+ stone here.....starting today sort of but kicking into it properly tomorrow. No diet as such I can't follow them and they make me obsess about food.

So...

Three meals a day
Fruit and fluid in between

Nothing off limits if it is part of a meal

Walk 5 times a week for 20 mins minimum.

I'm in , I am too scared to weigh in , and I am starting tomorrow , family party today .

I need to lose three stone , I want to be able to wear a nice dress for next Christmas without feeling like a blimp .

I'm in too. 17st 1lb this morning. Shock Have never told anyone that before. Very ashamed of myself although it is 6lb less than this time last year! I want to lose 5 st and 4 dress sizes!

I am going to use my fitness pal again as this worked last year, and also try low carb for a bit. Definitely cutting out bread and cheese!

I've just had to undo my trousers as they are too tight. My eating has been out of control the past few months. I've eaten all the unhealthy food in the house apart from the shop bought mincepies and christmas cake that DH is welcome to, yuck

I'm going to log back into MFP as I found that really helpful before.

I'm in. Rejoined ww online on Friday and have tracked everything since on my iPhone. If it goes in my mouth it goes in my phone.

15st on Friday which means I'm about 4st overweight. 11st is perfect for me as I wouldn't suit being skinny.

Also ttc so not good from a BMI point if view either.

Start new job tomorrow which means 15 min walk to and from car park which won't do me any harm - I do go the gym but then I use as an excuse to eat more!!!

I go on Hols in 6 weeks so if I can lose a stone before then I will be happy!!

I've done MFP and was very successful as I run a lot too.
I started to lose interest in weighing everything and logging everything though, then I got a bit too smug about being slim again and have gained a good stone over the Christmas period. I feel disgusting and my legs (even my knees ffs) wobble when I'm running. It's grim.

I was about to start a thread saying similar...

I have lost 15lb since November 17th and I am feeling it creeping back on...I went from 17st 2lb to 16st 1lb just before Xmas...I need to re-weigh myself as the batteries have ran out in the scalesHmm but the extra wobble is creeping back n my tummy so I suspect I have gained a few lbs...

I will repost back later with my today weight...

Back on the diet now tomorrow...

Ok...16.4... Less than I expected so I'm happy Smile

I have been doing WW online and it has been working for me Smile my sister used MFP last year and went from 15st2 to 13st in 6months Smile I just couldn't get the hang of it.

I'm resuming logging everything tomorrow after 2weeks off.

I have 18 months before I hit 40. I cannot be fat and 40.

Ideally I want to shed 5 1/2 stones. Realistically I doubt that will ever happen. So I'm trying one at a time.

No alcohol for January.

Up the vegetables.

No bread (gives me Irtitable bowels anyway).

Cut out cheese and dairy.

Just all round healthier. Stop stuffing in junk. Do more exercise.
