I find when I have times like this, the best thing I can do is drag all my weekly guides out, magazine and go onto the WW forum for ideas and inspiration. I usually come away remembering loads of simple recipes plus try out some new ones.
When I did WW I used to make a pasta dish with light philli cheese, tomatoes, wafer ham, spring onions. I seem to remember that was low in pp and it tasted lovely and filling.
Turkey bol is my best healthy standby. The version I make is about 5PP and I make a massive vat of it and freeze. Then we can eat it when we're too knackered to cook. Ditto bean chilli
I am stuck I am struggling and will have put on tomorrow due to pure laziness and lack of planning. I have eaten so much this week!! I need a plan. I need a plan of evening meals mainly. What sort of things can I cook. What do you cook and how many points are your meals? I hope you can help.
