And what a truly horrible morning it is.
Here is the spreadsheet to confess all
Let's see what we can do in the next/last two weeks. A couple of strict weeks to finish Bootcamp and hopefully we can shift some serious pounds.
Ugh, terrible week food wise. Excellent restaurant on saturday night, 3 hours of Michelin starred food, 9 tasting courses with wine pairings does not make a good low carb feast..... Fortunately we dont eat there often
Also fell spectacularly off the wagon last week due to totm and gave in to the kids sweets in the fridge..... Am giving myself til tomorrow to improve the figures before weighing in.

We went to a new restaurant last night, just round the corner from us - so walking distance, which is always good. A Korean barbecue restaurant. But so much sugar in the food! I thought marinated chicken on the grill would be safe, but by the time it was cooked, it was crusty on the outside and the crust was from sugar.
A couple of super strict days for me, to hopefully undo the damage of this weekend.
I haven't been drinking enough water, so will also have to remedy that.

I had a bad day yesterday, anniversary and nephews birthday party, means bad bad food and bubbly[shame] Will be super strict for the rest of this week as feel like I have just been sts for weeks, my own fault really as keep having social stuff involving food and wine!!

Haven 't been on here much for the last few days. I will have to go back and catch up with last weeks thread.
I am a sts this week but I will wait and update tomorrow just incase the scales decide to be kind.
A couple of super strict weeks are exactly what I need before the Christmas festivities really kick in.
I haven't been near the scales this morning, halfthesize - I have claimed last week's mid-week weigh-in for this week! No point getting on the scales today as I know the results won't be good.
I seem to have ended up with Thursday being my weigh-in day, so will leave it until then to weigh and hopefully will at least be back to where I was last week.
When I went shopping yesterday, and tried the dress on again, I was confronted with the sight of myself in a full-length mirror (don't have one at home), and forced to realise that I definitely have to lose at least half a stone more - and very probably more than that.
So I'm focusing on 9 stone now as my next target.
Weighed in this morning at 9 stone 12 so am very very pleased. I have been trying to get back under 10 stone for a good 18 months. It's my TOTM too and no puffy ankles or bloating so that's all good.
I have noticed though that my water consumption has really dropped off this last week or too so need to address that. Why is so much water necessary? I find it a real pain as I go from bring ok to needing a wee desperately in a second and it can be very embarrassing.

Lost another lb which gives me a total loss so far of exactly a stone! And I'd lost half a stone in the three weeks before I started bootcamp so altogether I'm a stone and a half down from my weight in September.
I need to redouble my efforts for the last two weeks and then I plan to carry on until Christmas Eve - my goal was to lose two stone before Christmas - 7lbs in four weeks is doable, right? And then I can take three days off the diet.
Best of all, I got into my size 14 jeans this week - after having had to buy a size 18 pair back in September that is really quite something.
(On the other hand, I didn't get the job I went for last Monday although the interviewer complimented me on my suit, which I couldn't even zip up two months ago.)
Hope everyone else has had a good week and is feeling motivated for the final stretch.

I have a sick child this morning and in my sleep deprived haze had already drunk 2 cups warm water and had some yoghurt before I remembered its weigh in day, so will weigh tomorrow.
Fully expecting a gain after my 5 days of Shame, just how bad will find out! Am writing last week off as a blip due to stress and start again today. Lots of water needed, although I too have to do the loo dash dance like lavender
Astonishing scenes on the Hoozami scales this morning. 1lb down from last Monday which considering the Carbarama on Monday night that led to a 5lb gain by Weds is a ruddy miracle.
So hurricane and others who've had a wee slip-up last week, it's absolutely possible to shift the gain if you get back to being strict right away.
Am off to read the water article as I too need motivation in that department, cheers BIWI
I could cry 5lbs up...But how can I be the same size but heavier???
I think its a combination of not drinking enough water, and eating carbs when I've been away with work as I couldn't find anything else so its my own fault.
I need some motivation.
Off to newcastle working this week. Have packed my cool box with carrot sticks, celery, pate, dip, cheese, and kabano sausages for my lunches. I know the carrots aren't great carb wise but I thought they were the one thing that would last the week in my coolbox!
I've got nuts in the car if i need them whilst driving,and I've had berries this morning but I'm going to try to bootcamp this week.
I am so fecking angry with myself. I really wanted another stone before xmas.
Only half a pound off for me this week. I will weigh again on Friday, which probably signals the end of Bootcamp for me before my festive season kicks in. I will be sticking to plan on all the days I can, however...
I'm away Fri-Mon at a music festival which will involve round the clock drinking. The following weekend has a Michelin 2* feast. Weekend after that has work Christmas meal on Friday, then MrRinky's company do on the Saturday. And the following weekend is Christmas, for which we are away staying with family for a week, then New Year with our booziest friends.
If I can weigh about the same come January 2nd as I do on Friday morning I will be counting that as a major win.

D - plaice in a tomato & chorizo sauce. Not sure what veg to have with it yet.
I'll be posting here every day now - I've proved I obv need the group support.
My weight day seems to move to Tuesdays. Today is my DH birthday - so with all breakfast in bed and singing I had my water before jumping on the scale.
I do not expect much of the show anyway, but for today I will pretend everything goes according to the intentions.
Shall I put a bet on my own loss or I will loose..?

I'm just amazed at how efficient this woe is.
I bought some frozen squid that was on offer yesterday, I've only ever cooked it with linguine before - has anyone got any bright ideas?
Thanks for the link kiwi, just put a jug of water loaded with lemon, mint leaves and cucumber in the fridge - seems to be easier to drink more if it has a hint of taste - will get drinking

its a nice day where i live today, although very cold. my weekend went a bit rubbish with me losing a load of money and then a confrontation with dh, im hoping for a more settled week.

i have in a moment of madness signed up for a free session with the local outdoor bootcamp fitness group (you know, the kind of thing run by ex-military!). they go all year round in all weathers which is ideal for me as i hate exercising indoors. am terrified though!
oh you are so brave! think how utterly amazing you will feel afterwards!
