I am a large size 16 at the moment and I have a 1 year old DS who has never slept through so I am utterly exhausted as I work FT as well. I can and often do use sugar just to get through the day but obviously I know it will cause a slump and a desire for more sugar.
But I am so tired that I don"t know how to break the habit. I am considering going cold turkey, I am rubbish at meal planning and I know I need to get organised. Help/advice/experience very much needed please.
